We salute Brigitte Reeve Taylor the Founder of Dancers Love Dogs and her dancers for raising an  impressive amount of R20 000.00 for sterilisations.   Dancers Love Dogs, Cape Town raised R10 000.00 in May and Dancers Love Dogs, Durban raised R10 000.00 in June. TYJun2014aWow!!  We are simply amazed by your munificence and benevolence.  You are to be highly commended for your caring and compassion for God’s less fortunate furry creatures in the Townships.  Please take bow for your exceptional efforts.

We are simply delighted that there will be another 80 happy tails in the Townships who will benefit from your kindness, thus alleviating the suffering and misery they endure by raising litter upon litter until they can no more.   Our hearts are overflowing with happiness and we feel truly blessed by your generosity.

Our sincere thanks to the KPMG good samaritans Melissa, Willie, Danelle, Romano, Prishen, Deirdré, Marisna, Skye, Shaun, Amy, Stephan TYJuly2014aand Chane of KPMG for spending “Madiba Day” at the Shelter.  They came armed with 20 litres white paint, black paint, rollers and brushes.  They painted the two walls to the entrance at the Shelter that were looking the worse for wear.  The walls were scrubbed clean and given a fresh coat of paint and they can be very proud of their handiwork.  We think it looks beautiful!

They also donated a mountain of dog and cat pellets as well as blankets for the animals.  And for the people they donated some really good quality second-hand clothing which was TYJuly2014bhanded out to the communities where we undertake Outreaches.

Unfortunately, Tania & Ignus could not be there for the activities, but they donated most of the clothes, blankets etc.  They have more people involved on their team who could not make it due to client commitments.

They all thoroughly enjoyed the day and wished they could have done more, but this is only a start.  They have big plans for us and would like to become more actively involved with Animal Outreaches.

Please take a bow for your generosity and bounteousness.  We salute you all for your sterling efforts. You guys rock!!
