At the end of every year we hold a Christmas Party for children from the Townships, Informal Settlements and Squatter Camps. These children are from extremely poor families and have never had anything new to call their own.
We make it a special day by providing them with a scrumptious lunch followed by a huge slice of cake. They are also given a brand new toy by Father Christmas as well as a small bag of snacks and sweets to take home with them.
We make it a day to remember for them as they have so little else to look forward to during the year.
